Volunteers Needed!

If you have some time to spare, we are always in need of more help to ensure that things run smoothly.  We are looking for people to help with show setup/takedown, parking attendants, judge/worker hospitality, and ring stewards.

RV/Camping

There will be NO electrical hook-ups available. All overnight guests must be registered and paid in full. Spaces will be assigned based on date reservation & payment are received, as well as the size/length of the RV. $20/space/night without electricity

Free Grooming Space 

Free grooming space will be in the Pig Barn located two buildings east of the Mandt Center (main building). This barn has a concrete floor and limited electrical access. Exhibitors are expected to share electricity.

Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 31. 

The Club reserves the right to reallocate space to accommodate all exhibitors. 

Reserved Grooming Space

All reserved grooming spaces will be in the main building. Each space will be approximately 5’ x 10′. Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Limit 2 spaces per person. $20/space with electrical access, $10/space with no electrical access. Price is for both days (Sat & Sun).

  • Download the applicable Reservation Form.
  • Complete the form and then SAVE the file to your computer.
  • Create a new email to bkcdogshowreservations@gmail.com. ATTACH the form that you saved and then hit SEND.
  • Click on the applicable PayPal button below. Login to your PayPal account, reverify your total payment, and submit.
  • If paying by check, please mail your payment to the person & address shown on the Reservation Form.
