Reserved Grooming/Crating Space
All spaces will be in the Horse Barn and reserved on a first come, first served basis. Spaces will be approx. 5’ x 8’ on a concrete floor. The price will be $30/space with electrical access for the weekend. No partial reservations are accepted. Limit of four spots per person.
Unloading at the buildings will be allowed from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, unloading will be allowed for a maximum of 15 minutes.
Complete the reservation form and email it to bkcdogshowreservations@gmail.com. Rita Galetka will send out reservation confirmations with your space assignment no later than Sunday, May 25.

RV Parking/Camping
All overnight guests must have a paid reservation. Rates will be $50/night for water/electric or $25/night with no utilities. Full-hook ups are not available. Spaces will be assigned in the order received and based on the size of your RV/camper.
Complete the reservation form and email it to bkcdogshowreservations@gmail.com. Jone Brown will send out reservation confirmations with your space assignment no later than Sunday, May 25.

OFA CAER Eye Exams
Our Eye Clinic will be held on Sunday only from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The price is $70/exam.
Note: We must have a minimum of 20 dogs registered in order to hold our clinic. If the event is canceled due to low entries, your registration fee will be refunded.
Complete the reservation form and email it to BKChealthclinic@gmail.com. Jen Amundsen will send out reservation confirmations with assigned time slot and further instructions on how to prepare your OFA form.

Vendor Space
All 10’ x 10’ spaces will be located in the Horse Barn with a concrete floor. The price is $75/space for the weekend (including electricity). No partial reservations are accepted.

- Download the applicable Reservation Form.
- Complete the form and then SAVE the file to your computer.
- Create a NEW email (check email address on each form), ATTACH the form(s) that you saved on your computer, and then hit SEND.
- Click on the applicable PayPal button below. Login to your PayPal account, reverify your total payment, and submit.
- If paying by check, please mail your payment to the person & address shown on the Reservation Form.
